  • Q

How is the safety of the product ensured in areas prone to hurricanes?

    A

Our products meet a wind pressure resistance level of 9 (5000Pa), equivalent to withstanding a 12-level hurricane (wind speed ≥209 km/h).  They feature reinforced middle stiffeners (wall thickness ≥2.5mm), a multi-point locking system (≥6 locking points), and anti-fall steel cables.     Additionally, they have passed the ASTM E1886 anti-splash impact test.

  • Q

How should energy-saving doors and windows be selected for extremely cold or hot regions?

    A

For cold regions: It is recommended to use 60-degree broken bridge casement windows (U value ≤1.5W/(m²·K)) with triple-glazed glass and Low-E coating, reducing heat loss by up to 70%.

For hot regions: Choose 110 window-screen integrated windows (shading coefficient SC≤0.3) combined with heat-reflective glass, which can reduce air conditioning energy consumption by 45%.

  • Q

Can large-sized doors and windows be customized? What is the maximum load-bearing capacity?

    A

    We support non-standard customization:

168 Broken Bridge Panoramic Door: Single door size ≤2500×4000mm, load-bearing capacity ≥500kg/m² (aviation-grade aluminum + 24mm laminated glass).

110 Broken Bridge Sliding Window: Maximum opening area of 6 square meters (10mm tempered insulating glass).     The installation opening size and local win

  • Q

How is the sound insulation performance verified?

    A

All products have passed the ISO 140-3 laboratory test:Basic Model (50 Series): ≥25dB (suitable for urban residences).

High-end Model (120 Thermal Break Panoramic Window): ≥42dB (triple glazing and two chambers + EPDM sealing), meeting the demands near airports and highways.     Specific frequency (125-4000Hz) sound insulation curve graphs can be provided upon request.

  • Q

Do you provide any installation support service?
